New level joy! My 7 year old wanted me to read to him before bed which we’ve done off and on over the years. We read through a book of children’s fables and rhymes and we’ve read books before bed. Well, now my youngest two boys decided they wanted to read from daddy’s book before bed. So I climb up into their bunk and we have a little story time from The Sureshot Rises before bed. It felt wonderful reading my own story to my boys before bed. It’s something I’ll never forget and I hope they don’t either.
